The EUPRIM-Net consortium consists of eight European primate centers that combine research and breeding.

The network covers the central aspects of primate research in biological and biomedical research and is aimed at advancing knowledge and competence in the areas of research, animal keeping and breeding. The already existing knowledge and resources of each institution are integrated and enable an improvement of the basic and applied biological and biomedical research as well as of housing and breeding conditions.
